Note to self: Don't ever exercise at night.

Because your body produces so much endorphines from the sudden workout. Endorphines keep you high. And high is not the feeling you want when you are trying to get to sleep.

I rolled in bed the whole night, trying to fall asleep. I presumed I fell asleep at 4am. Then the father was rapping violently on my door at 6am to get me to switch off my table lamp.
